If you are the Audio Salesperson we’re looking for you’ll be enthusiastic with a deep love for audio technology.

You’ll have a knack for connecting with customers and delivering exceptional sales experiences.

You’d describe yourself as a natural problem solver, great listener and have an attention to detail.

You'll be ready to immerse yourself in the world of luxury audio and provide unparalleled service, that will be both personally and professionally rewarding.

In this role you’ll take on the following responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers with warmth and expertise, understanding their unique audio preferences and requirements.
- Showcase the Bang & Olufsen & Sonos product range with confidence, demonstrating their superior sound quality and design aesthetics.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect audio solutions for their needs.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to deliver informed sales pitches and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store displays are attractive, clean, and inviting.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the audio or luxury retail industry.
- A genuine passion for audio technology and a strong understanding of its intricacies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive in staying updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
