About the role


This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join the practice as a
Sales Consultant / Optical Assistant.

The role is for 3 days per week ongoing with some flexibility to work extra days on occasion when required.


As a Sales Consultant / Optical Assistant you will:

  • Have a great rapport with our customers of all ages
  • Assist customers with selecting the perfect frame, sunglasses and lenses for their needs
  • Learn the art of fitting and repairing spectacles and sunglasses and commit to formal training in optical dispensing
  • Efficiently perform reception and general administration tasks
  • Assist in stock control, merchandising and presentation of the practice.

About You

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a teambased, retail environment
  • A charismatic flair for fashion and exceptional personal presentation
  • A cheerful and consistent level of dedication to match our company values
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and an ability to prioritise and solve problems
  • A willingness to learn new skills and commit to formal training in optical dispensing
Optical experience highly regarded, but not essential. Qualified Optical Dispensers welcome to apply
