THE OPPORTUNITY

The main role of the Viral Line Lead is to efficiently plan & implement the operational needs and growth strategies of Cell Culture and Viral Antigen Production.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Lead & demonstrate company leadership & inclusive behaviors
  • Supervise daily operations of the cell culture and viral antigen production areas
  • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of operational reports
  • Effectively communicate plans, metrics, address issues, and implement recovery plans with the team
  • Utilize MPS tools to lead & support issue resolution, management, and recovery
  • Enhance operational efficiency and meet targets
  • Support growth strategies and technical advancements for cell culture and viral antigen manufacturing
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that motivates, engages & empowers

What You Will Have

To excel in this role, you should have
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualifications or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment
  • Thorough understanding of GMP and quality systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Solid knowledge of aseptic processes and GMP principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in process standardization and continuous improvements
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and provide effective leadership to your team
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and capability to train and engage workers in a diverse environment
  • Willingness to develop data analysis skills to enhance digital capabilities
  • Strong understanding of EHS risk management, investigation, and mitigation processes
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
