The Opportunity


Our credit department have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced
Credit Executive with strong interpersonal skills and a great work ethic, to join their team.


This role would be well suited to someone from a major bank or FinTech lender but to be successful, you will also need to have a strong commercial acumen and possess skills in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.


What will you do?

  • Work with SME owners, Accountants and Brokers;
  • Work across a variety of lending products, structures, and markets as well as assess transactions independently with your Delegated Lending Authority (DLA);
  • Manage collections and deal with 3rd party partners;
  • Take ownership of a $500k DLA.

What will you bring to Banjo?

  • Extensive experience in commercial credit assessment within a major bank or FinTech lender;
  • Experience in insolvency/workout process and law highly regarded;
  • Some experience in asset finance is beneficial due to the expected growth;
  • Strong understanding of Financial Reporting Obligations ensuring compliance across the business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to change;
  • Ability to communicate risk and exposure clearly internally and externally to clients.
