About the role The role of the Finance Manager is a highly technical & hands on role to ensure regulatory financial compliance; management & execution of the internal audit function; liaise with external tax & audit partners & strive for best practice.

The role also includes the management of the AP, AR, Treasury & Payroll functions; balance sheet responsibility; management of fixed & leased assets; monthly management reporting and the execution of risk management through the provision of suitable insurance.

The person must be able to work in a detailed, disciplined way & have the ability to identify & see through process improvements & ensure the continued development of the team.

Day in a life Managing a team of 8 Financial control and governance Management of transactionalprocessing team Business process improvements Professional, globally recognized accounting qualification.

e.g CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACAEW, Work experience & skills Strong technical accounting skills & experience e.g.
audit & tax in Australia.
Experience in managing a geographically diverse, finance team.
Experience working cross functionally with stakeholders in a supportive but challenging way.
Experience in identifying & implementing solutions for the advancement of a growing business.
