In this newly created role, you will manage complex revenue streams from diverse sales strategies and international operations.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), (and direct exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and Board) you will play a key role in streamlining processes, facilitating due diligence, and ensuring strict adherence to documentation.
You will play a leadership role within the finance team by managing two direct reports and will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports, business analysis, and strategic insightsAbout You:
You will have substantial experience in organisations that have complex operations, with many moving parts such as mining/mining services, infrastructure, construction, or if you have worked with mining or defence contracts.
You will have a proven track record in Audit (beneficial), Financial Planning & Analysis, or Financial Controller roles in medium to large companies ($15 M - $100 M turnover).
International exposure and knowledge of tax and manufacturing are essential, as well as periodic experience with Revolving Credit Facilities (RCF).
Successful navigation and compliance with complex tax regimes across multiple jurisdictions will be a key part of your experience.Additionally, you will have experience in developing best practice financial and management reports and have been successful in holding full control over manufacturing costs and inventory controls.
You should be able to communicate complex financial concepts to technical and sales teams effectively, have managed multiple worksites, and have a deep understanding of complex processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, proficiency in MS Office is essential and experience with Net Suite is advantageousWhat is on Offer:
