Your Next Career Opportunity - Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee the financial, treasury, and payroll units to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and taxation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the year-end Financial Reporting process following UK GAAP/IFRS.
  • Manage internal and external audits.
  • Review monthly management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Oversee treasury functions and cash flow forecasting.
  • Ensure tax compliance and develop accounting policies.
  • Manage budget and forecasting for APAC Global Business Services.
  • Facilitate change management in finance processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Right to work in Australia.
