The Role


To be successful in this role you will have administration and accounting experience, a great attitude, a good eye for detail and an eagerness to learn new things.

We're looking for a person who loves what they do as you will play a key role in ensuring critical export, invoicing / credit and reporting documentation are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.


Skills & Experience:

The successful applicant must have previous experience in an accounting role including but not limited to:

  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Office / Google Docs is essential to be considered for this role;
  • Solid experience in an accounts position;
  • Excellent in data analysis using Excel
  • Experience in Payroll
  • Data entry and document review with very strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A positive and proactive approach.
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting desirable or close to completion.

Hours of Work
38 hour week, full time position. Monday to Friday

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
