**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
Your strong administration and financial skills, polished customer focus and ability to work well within a small, fast paced team are vital for success in this role. Reporting directly to the Accounts and Finance Manager, the successful applicant will assist with and require skills/experience across a range of tasks in the Accounts/Payroll sphere.
- AR/AP processing,
- Accounts reconciliation,
- Asset Management processes/procedures - with associated reporting to company Managers,
- Updating financial records and preparation of financial reporting,
- Previous payroll experience in a similar company size/environment, conversance with **Employment HERO platform** will be highly regarded,
- Credit control processes, with customer contact and care,
- Cash handling, entries and bank reconciliations,
- Demonstrated and recent work history in the identified Accounts areas above.
- An ability to accept direction, retain knowledge/training and follow instructions effectively and efficiently.
- A demonstrated flexibility to work in partnership with other Accounts team members where required.
- Developed and demonstrable communication, interpersonal and reporting skills - in line with Triple M’s culture and ethos.
- Current driver's license and own reliable transport - a must.
- Punctuality, Reliability, Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- A current resume with at least 2 recent referees.
