Key Accountabilities Develop and implement technical strategies and plans that are compliant and align with company's business goals and objectives.
Lead cross functional engineering teams to execute strategic engineering initiatives.Manage department budget and resources to make cost-effective decisions that don't compromise quality or efficiency.
Oversee product development and release of new and innovative products or technologies according to set timelines.
Establishes quality control standards to ensure final products meet industry and customer standards.
Oversee the development of a Rooftop Hazard and Inspection program and team.
