Commencing salary $66,052 per annum plus 11% superannuation and annual leave loading:


  • Full time and 12 months fixed term position (parental leave cover)

About the Role:


The main area of responsibility covers the coordination of student records activities including: the timely issuing of qualifications and statements of attainment/results; archiving and filing of administrative documents; to ensure effective and efficient provision of services to internal and external customers.


  • Relevant Degree with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
  • A thorough knowledge of the regulations pertaining to records management and the issuing of qualifications across all levels of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). This includes a deep understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), as well as extensive knowledge of the requirements of the national regulators for Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education namely the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). A broad knowledge of Nationally Accredited Training Packages (including bridging processes) is also required.
  • Strong attention to detail with highly developed organisational skills and the ability to initiate, coordinate and prioritise administrative processes, in order to monitor the progress of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proficiency with a variety of software suites including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience with Student Management Systems (especially Technology One Student Management) and Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (especially HP TRIM / HP Records Manager) will be desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, both written and verbally.
  • Capable of troubleshooting issues and working both independently and as an integral part of a team.
