Joining our dynamic team, IAP2 Australasia is looking for a Business Development Executive to collaborate with our Business Development Manager.

About the Role

We are in search of a full-time Business Development Executive to help achieve revenue targets in in-house training, sponsorship, and advertising. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing training inquiries, developing proposals, and maintaining client communications. Additionally, you will oversee Key Account Management for existing and new clients, as well as support scheduling and deliverables for suppliers and sponsors.

Utilize various technologies to manage leads, opportunities, and the sales pipeline efficiently.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Track record of success in account management and business development, particularly in a B2B setting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • High personal effectiveness and resourcefulness.
  • Proficient time management and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to travel within Australia and New Zealand.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft products.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, and B2B business development.
