THE OPPORTUNITY


The Reward and Recognition Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation and coordination of targeted reward and recognition initiatives to improve employee engagement and encourage the attraction and retention of staff.


Reporting to the Manager Performance, Standards and Rewards, you will plan, implement and coordinate the reward and recognition initiatives aligned to the TAFE NSW Strategic Plan and TAFE NSW Values.


ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.

You have a strong background in planning, implementing, coordinating and delivering rewards, recognition events and projects including coordination of communications, nomination processes and engagement with suppliers.

You have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities to deliver outcomes.

In addition, you have well-developed communication skills, to build strong interpersonal relationships, influence and manage stakeholder expectations, and provide exceptional customer service.


In addition, you will have the following:

  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
