  • Be challenged in a key role where you will make a visible impact on the success of the Woolworths Group and manage C-Suite / senior stakeholder relationships.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an individual with prior or current consulting experience with demonstrable leadership skills who can nurture and drive a high-performing team. You will bring:

  • Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or boutique consulting firm or internal strategy role.
  • Strong demonstrable end to end Program management skills with complex program management of multiple workstreams (People, Process and Systems) across Physical and Digital transformation programs, utilising agile methodologies including multi-million dollar transformation programs
  • Well-developed consulting and problem-solving toolkit including analytical and financial modelling skills with a creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity and the development of the storyboard to engage and bring stakeholders along the journey.
  • Proven leadership and effective utilisation of a high-performing team and the commitment and structuring of their ongoing development. Strong business partnering skills with C-Suite Stakeholder Management
  • Prior experience in Program Leadership of large-scale corporate-wide programs (+ $2M investment), procurement strategy development and quarterly delivery management, supplier management including Governance and Risk
  • Experience within Sustainable Procurement & Supply chain experience and M&A will be highly regarded

What you'll experience

  • A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.
  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
  • Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.
