As a powerful leader, you will guide, motivate, and ignite the business planning and wider multi-functional team by aligning strategy and promoting organizational excellence. The Business Planning Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders including the commercial director, key account managers, and brand managers to create insights across all accounts and channels related to business objectives. This exciting position puts the successful candidate at the core of the Luxe commercial team, offering the chance to work closely with diverse teams in a cross-functional environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Take charge and facilitate cross-functional business planning processes and collaborative initiatives to support effective decision-making and communication for achieving business targets smoothly
  • Demonstrate effective leadership through teamwork and analytical thinking, while implementing the Business Planning vision and strategy
  • Bring customer-centric perspectives and drive organizational excellence by adhering to planning goals, processes, and agendas
  • Monitor monthly invoiced sales against forecasts, and provide weekly reports on short-term changes, anticipating risks and opportunities
  • Offer objective analysis, insights, and detailed knowledge of divisional sales turnover at account and market levels
  • Lead critical business tasks in partnership with finance and operations teams to ensure month-end targets are met and clearly communicated
  • Promote and optimize business planning processes to encourage best practices and adherence to established procedures
  • Keep the promotional forecast updated along with the promo investment units
  • Develop a promo library and consolidate the promo plan template
  • Consolidate the launches of sets (coffret) tracker
  • Monitor the SIT and address issues with strategic customers
  • Ensure the quality of O+O commercial forecasts (offline and online) and coordinate Month, Quarter, and Year End turnover
  • Stay informed about global shopper trends specific to Luxe and escalate communications as needed

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience in Account Management or Sales Planning
  • Ability to engage and positively influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives across functions
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex messages
  • Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
