We are hiring a
Payroll Consultant with facets ofSales and Business Development on top of the technicality requirement
, which includes creating lasting, positive connections with SpinifexIT's key contacts: customers, Partners, SAP, potential prospects, and leads.

In this role, you will be supporting the stakeholders in the ANZ and APAC Region by providing them with the right tailored solutions and support for their business before, during and after the implementation of the SpinifexIT solution suite.

This is a key client-facing role, therefore, travel is also part of this role. The flexibility to travel interstate, and at times internationally, is a requirement with the ability to manage expectations.

  • You will be empowered in providing and liaising with the customers and clients within the ANZ and APAC region.
  • Likewise, you will be interacting with our global customers and providing them with solutions training in order to equip them with our SpinifexIT solution products.

We welcome applicants who have demonstrable experience and professional background on the following:

  • Insight into AU/NZ Payroll Legislation
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP HR/Payroll environment
  • Previous usage in any SpinifexIT Solutions would be a definite advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional approach and dress standards
  • Proficient in SAP HCM & SAP SF Modules
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Competent in the use of PC/Laptop, including Google, Excel,
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with a wide variety of personnel from multiple disciplines and countries
