The Role

As the Dynamics Functional Lead, you will have a crucial role in providing functional capability for ongoing development and support on Dynamics 365, Microsoft platforms, and related technologies. This role requires hands-on experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to lead and support others in issue resolution.

This opportunity offers a chance to enhance user experience, boost engagement, and streamline operations to deliver superior health solutions.

This position is for a fixed-term 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent D365 CE function and influence D365 design decisions by adopting industry best practices.
  • Lead a small team of consultants to deliver business value using Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct functional design workshops and technology demonstrations with senior stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal and external, ranging from end-users to C-suite.
  • Contribute to functional design and solution development throughout all project phases.
  • Support D365 CRM applications through maintenance, form/dashboard & workflow customizations, and end-user guidance.
  • Prioritize backlog by collaborating closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand requirements, develop solutions, create work specifications, estimate efforts, and ensure timely completion of work requests.
  • Lead business process analysis, recommend enhancements, and system improvements to support change.
  • Create training documentation and lead training sessions for users on Dynamics 365 (CE).

About You

  • Minimum 7+ years of functional experience in Dynamics 365 CE environment, ideally with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest Power Platform and broader Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring CE functions.
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 OOTB functions.
  • Experience in Agile environments, leading User Story grooming and documentation sessions.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for vendors, business users, QA, data teams to ensure smooth delivery.
