Position: Senior Functional Consultant (SAP EWM)

Role Overview:

You will serve as a vital customer representative and SAP EWM subject matter expert, overseeing comprehensive implementations from project initiation through to go-live and subsequent support handovers. Additionally, you will participate in optimization, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives. As a leader in SAP EWM project implementations, your contributions will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary customer representative and subject matter expert for SAP EWM and associated business processes, leading meetings as necessary.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations to provide informed recommendations for enhancements utilizing SAP EWM technology.
  • Offer strategic advice to clients regarding system design.
  • Lead and execute system design, build, and complex configurations.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Oversee the creation and completion of blueprint documentation.
  • Serve as the SAP EWM lead and advisor during customer go-live events.
  • Support and mentor colleagues in SAP EWM, business process knowledge, testing, documentation, end-user training, and customer go-lives.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies, particularly in the Supply Chain domain.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven functional knowledge and configuration experience within SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM).

Desirable Skills:

  • Functional and/or configuration experience in other SAP Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA.
