Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end processes for provisioning cards into digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and compliance specialists to ensure alignment of design strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of digital card payment flows, encompassing various scenarios such as in-store transactions, online purchases, and recurring payments (e.g., subscriptions).
Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research and usability testing to iteratively enhance the digital payment experience.Establish and maintain relationships with external payment networks, digital wallet providers, and technology partners to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Drive innovation in lifecycle management processes for digital cards, including card controls, spending limits, and suspension/cancellation functionalities.Skills and Experience:
