We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker in
Stafford Heights, QLD who is passionate about making a difference and assisting our clients with their required needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing Physical Support which will include personal care and household tasks
  • Providing Emotional Support for the client
  • Assisting with health care needs such as medication
  • Working well with other healthcare professionals to meet the highest level of standards for the client
  • Transport clients in your own vehicle when accessing the community (Appointments, Shopping etc)
  • Reporting after every shift

Requirements:

  • Must have a Positive Attitude and is an Active Listener
  • Must have a detailed approach to keeping records
  • Blue and Yellow Card
  • Police Check
  • Valid Driver's License and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Qualification in the field (Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support)
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID19
