About the position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level with 4-8 years PQE. This role involves working on a variety of public and private M&A transactions, general corporate advisory, and cross-border investments. You will provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, fundraising, and compliance with ASX Listing Rules. The firm values ambition and offers a tailored career pathway to help you quickly rise through the ranks by achieving specific targets.
Key Requirements:
- Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with 4-8 years PQE in corporate law
- Experience in public and private M&A, corporate advisory, and cross-border transactions
