Job Summary

We're seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our Brisbane Corporate (Transactions Solutions) team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with well-regarded partner Stephen Knight, providing transactional support and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide transactional support and corporate governance advice to clients
  • Work closely with partner Stephen Knight and other team members
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Corporate & Capital Markets group

Requirements

  • 2-4 years post-admission experience
  • Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience advising on corporate transactions, including M&A
  • Experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: agribusiness, mining, or retirement & aged care
