About the Position

  • Assist in driving the recruitment/ talent acquisition process with hiring managers, including the preparation of position descriptions and advertisements as well as coordinating the requisition workflow
  • Posting approved advertisements on all job portals
  • Actively sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, and participating in interviews, and coordinating compliance and reference checks
  • Coordinate and maintain all recruitment files
  • Ensure best practice is adhered to consistently in all areas with a focus on customer service
  • Provide internal support on recruitment process training
  • Represent 3Bridges in various internal and external events, with a goal of networking and relationship building with all stakeholders

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or in a related discipline (Desirable)
  • Experienced in the use of Human Resource Management Information Systems and Recruitment Platforms
  • Understanding of Fair work Guidelines, NES, and Award interpretation
  • Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
  • High level verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills and able to interact appropriately, confidentiality and professionally
  • Ability to continuously improve operational processes
