About The Role

  • Develop and maintain donor acquisition and donor retention.
  • Manage donor database and ongoing opportunities for engagement.
  • Identify and implement fundraising campaign opportunities and ongoing management.
  • Identifying & acquiring opportunities for new corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations.
  • Maintain understanding and knowledge of internal programs and services at all times.
  • Maintain government relationships and form new strategic relationships based on organisational needs and priorities in alignment with Quality & Compliance team.
  • Develop and implement plans showcasing the areas of focus to potential supporters and donors with return of investment reporting and reengagement campaigns.
  • Coordination engagement with potential and current corporate partners, public relations, and highlevel stakeholders. Highlevel stakeholders include, community leaders, larger scale sponsors, and funders.
  • Ensure function operates in accordance with all state and federal regulations and legislation.
  • Represent 3Bridges within the professional body for Australian Fundraising, develop and maintain internal practices in alignment with the FIA.

About You

  • Experience in overseeing and analysing endtoend financial requirements, and return on investment reporting.
  • Minimum 5 years experience within Grants, Fundraising and/or Sponsorship Engagement.
  • A degree in Business, Administration or related fields is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to positively and enthusiastically interact and collaborate with all stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse and challenge conventional practice and ideas.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all legislation, regulations and ethical practices relevant to the function.
