About the Role

Your responsibilities include providing assistance to maintain payroll systems, accurately process payments in a timely fashion and attend to and complete, general payroll queries which will make you an integral part of the payroll team.
Your primary functions will be:
Provide assistance in maintaining and updating the Payroll System and the Time and Attendance system
Assist with accurate and timely processing of payments to all Arcare employees
Setting up new starters
Termination Payments
Processing fortnightly payroll
Processing annual leave and sick leave
Payroll adjustments and payroll deductions
Attending to payroll queries in a timely manner
Award & EBA Interpretation
Skills & Experience
Experience with electronic rostering and computerized payroll systems.
Knowledge of relevant Industry Awards ad EBA's (desirable)
Knowledge of Human Force Time and Attendance System
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
An understanding of payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and other associated payroll functions.
Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
Friendly and effective communication abilities.
