About the role

Duties

  • Manage the daytoday operations of a nationalscale allied health business, focusing on data driven performance, while working collaboratively with peers, to ensure high quality multidisciplinary practices are maintained for participants receiving services
  • Ensure performance across the team to budget and manage a P&L with the leadership team to achieve the vision and goals of the business
  • Manage a team of leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery
  • Promote and enhance the organisational culture
  • Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs

Skills and experience

  • 5 + years management experience, specifically in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation
  • 5 + years management experience across a large professional team, either specific to your allied health discipline or with a multidisciplinary makeup
  • Willingness to be hands on, working in systems and with people directly to achieve outcomes
  • Passion for making a difference
  • Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with/ knowledge of the NDIS and the operations of an allied health service within the NDIS
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology to lead with an understanding of the daytoday services as well as strategic oversight, nationally. with registration or ability to gain registration with AHPRA/ESSA/SPA.[AL1]
