_Your role will specifically involve.

  • Financial modelling and analysis relating to large Commercial Property Banking clients
  • Preparation of credit submissions for new facilities, and coordination of deal execution from documentation to funding
  • Management of the portfolio's data quality, compliance and reporting requirements
  • Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with various internal and external groups, ensuring delivery of exceptional insights and services
  • Structure and clearly articulate the credit merits of a transaction, including identifying and mitigating risks
  • Work closely with Product Specialists to meet client requirement, delivering exceptional customer service in all dealings, reflected through a positive lift in various survey results

In this team you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to large diversified commercial property clients and work with some of the most skilled Commercial bankers.

This is a great opportunity to drive your career in Relationship Management to the next level. Some of the key capabilities & experience we're looking for are;

  • Demonstrated success within a Commercial or Business banking environment with property portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience in writing and analysing credit transactions, completing annual reviews, reporting and modelling skills
  • Client service experience complemented by great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions, and ideally with 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience
