Why this role matters:

The Clinical Teaching Support Administrator will provide effective day-to-day logístical support for clinical teaching within UNSW Medicine & Health.


The role reports to the Clinical Teaching Support Officer, Psychiatry and the Clinical Teaching Support Officer, General Practice, and has no direct reports.


Skills Required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced time management, organisational and problemsolving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
  • An understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives, and values in action, together
- with relevant policies and guidelines.

  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
