A Teaching Support Administrator in Health & Biomedical Sciences ensures smooth day-to-day support for undergraduate teaching in UNSW Medicine & Health.

The role reports to the Team Lead of Health and Biomedical Science and has no direct reports.

Skills Required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with relevant experience or equivalent competence obtained through a mix of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, provide top-notch customer service, and have strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365 and UNSW's enterprise systems.
  • Experience in supporting projects and initiatives.
  • Commitment to UNSW's objectives, health and safety responsibilities, and relevant training.
