About the Role:

The Operational Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager leads a team to provide clinical support for Residential and Home Services, focusing on operational quality and compliance. Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Administration team, and Clinical Officers, they facilitate the implementation of organizational quality and compliance programs to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards. This involves conducting audits and monitoring compliance across multiple locations with occasional travel required.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Proven substantial experience in the Aged Care industry in a quality or similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work to deadlines with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Current Driver's License
