The Position:

This is a full-time position working on a 7/7 roster. The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for our crew, leading and coordinating the "fish farming" of our Zone. This will include all aspects of leadership, including safety, people management, compliance (internal/external), risk management, and cost control.
