We are currently seeking a Crane Specialist/Construction Project Manager to join Max Cranes. This role involves overseeing construction projects, crane operations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Developing project plans.
    • Coordinating resources and timelines.
    • Conducting site inspections.
  • Crane and Lifting Operations Management:
    • Overseeing equipment maintenance.
    • Providing technical advice.
    • Implementing training programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Identifying and mitigating risks.
    • Handling compliance checks.
    • Leading Stakeholder Communication and Team Leadership.
    • Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders.
    • Leading and motivating teams.
    • Resolving conflicts effectively.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of crane operations experience.
  • Proficiency in computers.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements.
