Position Overview: My client are seeking a talented Business Performance Analyst to join their Finance and Organisational Performance team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Reporting to a people-centric Director, you will work collaboratively in a supportive environment that values innovation, excellence, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, charts, and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Monitor operational and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with customer and business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives for enhancing service delivery.
  • Provide clear, non-technical advice on data interpretation to support capability building and maximize outcomes.
  • Undertake projects and initiatives to meet business objectives and standards in a timely manner.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to influence outcomes and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with case management systems and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
