An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Wills & Estates paralegal to join this firm on a full-time basis.
This role will include both front end and back end work so is best suited to someone with this experience.
You will have ownership of both complex and high net worth probate and estate matters as well as general corporate matters.
This role will include, but is not limited to:- Obtaining client's instructions and drafting relevant correspondence;
- Reviewing Wills, Codicils, Death Certificates, Letter of Wishes and legislation;
- Liaising with clients, lawyers, executor(s), beneficiaries, Victorian and NSW Supreme Court bodies, and other relevant government authorities;
- Preparing letters of Administration Applications;Preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain a Grant of Probate;
- Administration and distribution of Estates once Probate has been granted;
- Working in precedents; and
- General file maintenance, time recording and monthly billing.
