Role Overview:

  • Position: Property Administrator (Asset Management + Accounts Admin)
  • Location: Eastern Suburbs (within the Monash City Council precinct), 20km East of Melbourne's CBD.

Responsibilities:
The Property Administrator will be responsible for various tasks related to Asset Management and Property Accounts Administration, including but not limited to:

  • Receipt of rental payments and efficient allocation of funds.
  • Chasing up Rental Arrears (Fairly low at the moment, maintaining the arrears).
  • Coding invoices for payment using both the Paperless system and manual hard copies
  • Preparing charge back sheets for multitenant properties
  • Processing invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Making necessary amendments to invoices when required
  • Managing electricity account connections and disconnections
  • Preparing final statements of adjustments for vacating tenants
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required by the Senior Asset Manager, Finance Manager, or Directors

What's required from you?

  • Prior experience in an Accounts Administration role, propertyrelated preferred (Residential or Commercial).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment, with the capacity to switch between tasks efficiently
