The opportunity:

Based at ICHM Adelaide Campus, reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager. Crucial role driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Acknowledge Education and ICHM programs and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business development - Identify potential clients and learners, formulate sales plans, conduct market research
  • Agent Servicing - Build relationships with global agents, provide comprehensive info on programs, work closely with admissions team
  • Student Advisory - Reach out to potential students via various channels, provide detailed info on programs
  • Administration - Employ CRM systems to manage leads, respond to client inquiries, assist applicants

About You:

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a great, positive attitude.

  • Education industry background preferred but not essential
  • Ideally about 2 years sales/ administration experience
  • Positive attitude, ability to prioritize and work with changes
  • Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to diverse learner's community
  • Strong cross-functional thinker; Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desire/commitment to work onsite, fulltime in the office
  • Previous experience recruiting international students into hospitality management courses would be highly regarded
