Qualifications:

  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
  4. Proficiency in business process modeling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  5. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  6. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  9. Experienced in business continuity.
  10. Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not required.
