We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team in Queensland. This position has opened up due to the various growth opportunities provided by Boehringer to its employees.
As a territory manager, you will have the freedom and backing to innovate, foster relationships, and drive progress in the assigned area. The ideal candidate will focus on boosting sales and expanding market presence by advocating and marketing the company's animal health products to external clients within the designated region.
This is a full-time, permanent field-based role, reporting directly to the QLD Regional Sales Manager. The coverage area includes Brisbane West and West Queensland.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Efficiently plan, oversee, and track territory sales and spending budgets.
- Cultivate relationships and oversee customer accounts with integrity.
- Promote the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health product line to customers using technical insights, promotional materials, and marketing strategies.
- Negotiate and secure customer commitment to product orders.
- Elevate BIAH as the premier animal health enterprise in all endeavors.
- Engage with current and potential customers at industry gatherings and functions.
- Demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, respect, innovation, and passion.
- Demonstrated ability in cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prior sales experience and business acumen are highly valued
- Proficiency in negotiating, influencing, and persuading clients
- Effective communication of technical details
- Self-driven with a determination to excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Background in technology and veterinary nursing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
