Job Description:


Are you ready to elevate your career as a Manager, HSE - Systems with Toll Group? We have a thrilling opportunity that combines your passion for HSE with your technical expertise of global management systems and SharePoint.


As the Manager, HSE - Systems, you will be at the heart of our journey to enhance Toll's strategy by cultivating a culture of safety, customer focus, and operational excellence.

Your role is pivotal in the continual development and maintenance of our Global HSEQ Management System documents, aligning them with Toll's HSE strategy and values.

This includes creating and simplifying procedures, processes, and tools, maintaining our Group HSE SharePoint and intranet sites, and overseeing the dissemination of these documents to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance our HSE Global management system, simplifying and operationalizing HSEQ procedures and templates.
  • Drive the consultation process working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage document control, with a heavy focus on SharePoint.
  • Present our system confidently during audits.
  • Engage in projects and task forces.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, from global heads to operations.
  • Management of Critical Risks and monthly HSE reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a background in Transport or Logistics
  • Hold extensive SharePoint experience.
  • Strong HSE Management System expertise.
  • Proven experience in document control and management.
  • A background in safety is essential.
