Our team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a result driven
Procurement & Property Administrator to join our growing team in this newly created role.
In this role, you will support the National Property Manager, providing assistance to services such as leasing, property management, vendor management, repairs and maintenance and others for our clinics and support centres.
You will have the ability to manage a large number of stakeholders and vendors and provide reporting around cost and vendor performance.
You will have a 'problem solver' mindset and provide insights on change to improve efficiencies and processes and be able to work to timelines and deadlines.
What you will do
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide administrative support for leasing, vehicle fleet requirements, maintenance and services vendors
- Monthly consolidated invoice processing/approvals/ reporting, working seamlessly with accounts payable function
- Maintenance of company information in supplier systems
- Maintenance and updating of internal systems and databases
- Arrange trade persons to service and rectify branch service faults
- Participating in key projects to drive improvements and efficiencies
What you bring
- Solid administration experience with exposure to Procurement/Purchasing/Property principles (desirable)
- Ability to maintain financial records and files, organising files and compiling reports
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities by demonstrating flexibility in approach to tasks and adaptability when dealing with a number of priorities
- A natural communicator with the ability to build sustainable relationships with the branch network and stakeholders.
- Experience in a commercial property administration role (desirable)
- Well written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Lease Eagle, Vendor portals and other web portals
