The Opportunity


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

The Analyst is accountable for successfully transitioning all new or modified IT services into an operational environment. This includes overseeing the operational execution of the Service Activation Process for a specific set of projects.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in information technology, or extensive proven direct relevant experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in information technology operations management using ITIL with knowledge of the full IT lifecycle
  • Experience of service managing and transitioning infrastructure services within large organisations, including a detailed understanding of Service Acceptance processes.
  • Experience in Change and Release Management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in engaging and managing service providers with proven ability to drive supplier performance and compliance to service level agreements
  • Strong knowledge of risk and control operational environment to support service roll out and ensuring effective service support post go live
  • Experience in service metric measurement and reporting
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, system migration, or technology transition roles.
  • Experience and applied knowledge in IT standards and methodologies; able to design and implement support models and SLAs in service level management
  • Demonstrable experience in influencing conflict resolution
  • Excellence in customer service with the ability to develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business units
  • Ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive to the intended audience
  • Integrity and commitment to ethical practice, equity and diversity
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and liaison skills
