About the role
***The Release Analyst contributes to the deployment and release of projects as they are launch into the network, transitioned to business as usual (BAU) and operational management to ensure the implementation of new products and services in a controlled manner to mitigate risks and guarantee service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the release of new products and services into the network, including the development of BAU plans to support smooth deployment and transition, and ensure optimal service delivery;
  • Conduct preliminary change assessments to assess the scale and impact of changes on the business, to mitigate the risks to service delivery;
  • Develop and maintain the release schedule to optimise the release of current and pipeline projects (products and services) and, to minimise the impact of multiple change on the business;
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of key content and to ensure release processes and procedures are accurately maintained, readily accessible and documented to ensure consistency and currency, and enable optimal service delivery;
  • Prepare and coordinate submissions and advice to senior stakeholders to inform decision making on endorsement of new projects and significant changes;
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to undertake product testing during the different release cycles, to facilitate comprehensive testing and feedback and ensure a positive customer experience;
  • Triage requests from other Government agencies for policy changes, to ensure that they are considered and actioned in line with delegated business processes to support optimal business outcomes;
  • Facilitate planning workshops with key internal stakeholders to provide updates on products and releases to ensure the impact of change is understood and risks to the business are addressed.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in organisational change or change management;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of customer transactions, processes and operations delivered in a frontline services environment;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications for internal stakeholders.

Remuneration


Service NSW Grade 7/8 package includes base salary range of $95,136 to $112,164 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
