We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Night Auditor or someone with previous Guest Service Agent experience looking for a new challenge

Job Description:

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the Overnight Front Office operation
  • Greet, checkin, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service during the overnight shift
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
  • Handle guest requests effectively and promptly
  • Cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float
  • Become familiar with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are observed
  • Serve as sales agent promoting and upselling hotel services
  • Monitor rooms' inventory to assist in maximizing rooms' revenue
  • Maintain an excellent working rapport with all departments in the hotel
  • Complete night audit tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a night owl, someone who loves to work within a small team in a quiet environment during the overnight shift.

The role requires someone with great focus and a solid understanding of the day to day operations of a hotel.


To be successful, we are hoping to find:

  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excel and Opera experience preferred
  • Previous hotel experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor.
  • Responsible Persons Badge and First Aid Qualification (or able and willing to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work over a 7 day roster
