About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled People and Culture - Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in managing and supporting various people-focused programs.

As the People and Culture - Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that serve to deliver a first class workforce, employee well-being, development, and organisational culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute a range of People & Culture programs designed to further build and strengthen RFBI's workforce, enhance employee experience, engagement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and line managers to support the implementation of processes.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation and data related to People & Culture programs and processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees and managers to understand their needs and address concerns effectively.
  • Help organise and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support the delivery and measure the success of new People & Culture programs and intiatives.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • At least 1 years of experience in an People & Culture coordination or similar role with a focus on workforce initiatives.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the confidence to collaborate with all levels internally and external to the organisation (legal, government departments etc.)
  • Exceptional organisational skills sed and a track record in juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • A current driver's licence.
