Description du poste

Au sein de la direction de Trésorerie et Financement Groupe, vous intégrez une équipe cash management, Back office et IT composée de 7 personnes.

Le Group Cash Manager est responsable de tous les aspects liés au cash management sur le périmètre Corporate et Europe, à savoir entre autres, le suivi des liquidités, la gestion du cash-pooling ainsi que différents projets en lien avec l'organisation du Groupe.

Le Group Cash Manager aura pour principales missions:

Cash management

  • Monitorer et superviser les positions de liquidité et de cash pooling
  • Gestion des comptes bancaires (ouverture/fermeture de compte bancaire, connectivité, intégration au cash-pooling...)
  • Veiller à ce que les documents et les processus appropriés soient mis en place et conformes aux politiques du groupe.
  • Elaborer des prévisions de trésorerie du Groupe sur une base mensuelle/annuelle et analyser les écarts avec le budget de trésorerie
  • Piloter les projets en lien avec le cash management

Back-Office et contrôles:

  • Contrôler et suivre les transactions financières négociées par le Front Office
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des process au sein de l'activité Cash management

Projets transverses sur l'Europe:

  • Gérer les travaux préparatoires aux opérations de développement et de fusion/acquisition (financement, clôture...)
  • Gérer les garanties locales ou tout autre engagement hors bilan similaire
  • S'assurer que les filiales ont la structure de capital la plus optimisée et sont correctement financées, aider à identifier la meilleure méthode de financement tout en tenant compte des contraintes réglementaires
  • Piloter l'exécution de la politique de distribution de dividendes du Groupe en lien avec les taxes et le juridique

Vous serez en contact avec les banques partenaires du Groupe, les équipes finance des pays et les équipes Front/Middle Office de la trésorerie Groupe.

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et pourra être complétée de missions additionnelles selon les besoins de l'équipe

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d'un Master 1/2 en Finance, vous disposez d'une première expérience de 7 ans ou plus acquise au sein d'un département trésorerie, d'un cabinet de conseil ou d'une banque durant laquelle vous avez été confronté(e) aux enjeux métiers et systèmes de trésorerie dans un contexte international.

L'esprit d'équipe, l'aisance relationnelle, le sens du service, la rigueur et la méthode seront des qualités à mobiliser pour mener à bien vos missions/projets.

La connaissance de l'anglais et du Pack-Office est indispensable.

Des compétences dans les domaines suivants seraient appréciées: gestion de projets, gestion des risques financiers, comptabilité des instruments financiers, connaissance des systèmes Kyriba et Titan.
