About the Role
Join our Customer Contact Centre team full-time and deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers and vendors. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, or web chat.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly customer service and address inquiries from inbound callers.
- Understand customer needs and respond through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry.
- Handle complaints, administrative tasks, and buyer queries.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and innovation team.
- Contribute to process development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent phone manner.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve under pressure.
- Aptitude for quickly sourcing accurate information to resolve customer requests.
- Self-motivation, drive, and customer-centric approach.
- Availability between 8 am - 8 pm Western Australian Time zone.
