About the Opportunity
This is a truly exceptional role where you will be required to provide management support to the Rutherford Village to create a community which feels welcoming, caring and safe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a great first impression of the village and create a high level of resident satisfaction to showcase the reputable Oak Tree brand
  • Daytoday asset management & operations of the village
  • Ensure the village is complaint in relation to appropriate policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain connections within the village with the residents, whilst network with the local community to build a pipeline for future residents
  • Assist residents with social event facilitation within the village and be confident to bring in new ideas for activities
  • Oversee the village accounts within the village budget
  • Working in collaboration with the allocated sales team to ensure a smooth and transparent journey for residents from point of sale to induction and living in the village

About You


This role is perfect for someone that describes themselves as a bit of a chameleon that has an adaptable communication style, however, is also able to manage day-to-day operations of a facility.


  • Have previous relevant management experience (property management or similar desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for networking and connecting with the community
  • Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems and processes
