About the RoleAmplifon Australia is currently looking for a skilled and ambitious CRM Data Analyst to join our team. This role will support the CRM Manager within the Marketing function and the purpose of the role is to analyse and interpret customer data and to proactively provide the team with insights to improve campaigns and channel performanceThis is an exciting opportunity for a data driven individual to join a global organisation.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Analysis on database to enable deeper understanding of customer segments and overall business trends to be leveraged for marketing campaigns
  • Analysis to monitor CRM campaigns effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Support in CRM contact plan definition through CRM funnel analysis and forecast to assess contact plan consistency vs budget
  • Ensuring the data is at its highest possible quality state to run effective CRM campaigns
  • Dashboard analysis, development, and optimization

About You

  • Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another business field with high focus on quantitative analysis
  • Experience using computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data, perform quick extractions and draw insights from large data sets
  • Experience in settingup dashboards to provide a continuous monitoring of relevant business KPIs to the management
  • Experience translating complex methodologies in simple insights to empower all functions to achieve their actionability
  • Experience working with data and analytics, high proficiency using MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across the team
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customerfocused and outcomescantered approach
  • Attitude for KPI monitoring
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
