Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly courteous, and accurate customer service
  • Answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and dealing with enquiries
  • Attending to patients at front counter reception
  • Supporting GP's with administration duties & assisting with general office administration duties
Experience

  • Excellent Customer Service, communication and administration skills. Previous medical reception experience highly regarded
  • High level working knowledge of reception/administration functions and duties
  • Significant experience in reception and administration roles working in a team environment

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
$ $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Victor Harbour, SA 5211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
