About the Role

We are seeking a customer-centric individual to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our clinics across the Fleurieu Peninsula region. You will work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm. You will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once a month and be compensated accordingly.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be predominantly working in-clinic, with occasional Booking Consultant shifts across our Fleurieu Peninsula clinics between the core hours of 7am and 6.30pm. After the first 6 months, you will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once a month, and be compensated accordingly.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing patient wait times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
